MOLYGRAF – 106 (M)

 MOLYGRAF – 106 (M) is air-curing dry film lubricant spray based on resin bonded dispersion of molybdenum disulfide and other solid lubricants in fast evaporating solvent carrier.
 On application, it dries to form an anti-friction coating within 5 to 10 minutes.
 It is used for lubricating metal/metal contacts with slow to medium fast movements and high loads, highly stressed sliding guides with low sliding speeds, oscillating movements or intermittent operations, improving running in process and lubrication under vacuum and high temperatures.

MOLYGRAF – SRA

(SILICONE RELEASE SPRAY)

 MOLYGRAF – SRA is silicone based spray designed to provide fast, efficient and clean release in critical molding applications.
 It penetrates and spreads evenly to all hard to reach areas of molds to give a clean release with improved gloss finish.
 It is non-staining and non-corrosive.
 MOLYGRAF – SRA is used for lubrication and water proofing of cables, pulleys, valves, linkages, hinges, guide rails, metal locks, springs, sliding surfaces etc.
 It is also used as an anti-spatter coating agent during welding operations.

 MOLYGRAF – 106 (TF) is air-curing dry film lubricant spray based on resin bonded dispersion of unsintered low molecular weight microfine PTFE in fast evaporating solvent carrier.
 On application, it dries to form an anti-friction oil and dirt resistant coating within 5 to 10 minutes.
 It is used for reducing friction and wear on blades and bits, door and window tracks, slides, hinges, conveyor belts, rollers, hinges, power tools and other equipment.

  MOLYGRAF – BELT DRESSING SPRAY is used for tightening of loose V belts and flat belts made from rubber and other synthetic materials.
 It forms a dry film on belts that prevents slipping, saves power loss, and increases speed output.
