MOLYGRAF – HT
(MoS2 FORTIFIED HIGH TEMPERATURE NON-MELT GREASE WITH MoS2)
- MOLYGRAF – HT is high temperature non-melt grease based on highly refined mineral oil, inorganic thickener, and molybdenum disulfide as solid lubricant.
- It has excellent load carrying capacity and shear stability.
- The molybdenum disulfide provides effective lubrication even after base oil evaporates.
- MOLYGRAF – HT is used for lubrication of bearings operating near hot zones in cement, ceramic, chemical, textile, sugar, steel, petrochemical industries, furnace door bearings, foundry rollers, kiln car wheel bearings, hot air blower bearings.

- MOLYGRAF – FB 180 is high temperature non-melt grease based on semi-synthetic oil and fortified with MoS2 as solid lubricant.
- It contains antioxidants and special additives to minimize polymerization and caking of the grease providing a long-lasting service even at higher temperatures.

- MOLYGRAF – 555 (G) is high temperature non-melt grease based on fully synthetic thermally and oxidatively stable oil and fortified with graphite as solid lubricant.
- The base oil evaporates at high temperatures without leaving any residue leaving behind a film of solid lubricant which provides lubrication up to 700 0C.
- MOLYGRAF – 555 (G) is ideal for lubricating bearings exposed to high temperatures in kiln cars and furnaces, ceramic, steel and cement industries, bakeries, water tank molding machines etc.

(CALCIUM SULFONATE COMPLEX GREASES)
- MOLYGRAF – CC SERIES are premium greases formulated with advanced calcium sulfonate complex thickener technology.
- The calcium sulfonate complex thickener possesses inherent rust protection and extreme pressure properties.
- They provide excellent performance even in presence of water and can maintain their consistency and anti-rust and EP properties in wet environments.
- Resists oil bleed even at elevated temperatures.
- They are ideal for heavily loaded and water saturated applications in steel and paper mills, heavy duty mining and construction equipment, marine equipment etc.
- They are available in NLGI 1 and 2 consistencies and with MoS2 solid lubricant as well.
MOLYGRAF – 41
(EXTREMELY HIGH TEMPERATURE BEARING GREASE)
- MOLYGRAF – 41 is silicone oil based carbon black thickened grease for lubrication of bearings running at very high temperatures.
- It has superior high temperature stability and oxidation resistance and does not melt even at high temperatures.
- It offers good corrosion protection and water resistance.
- MOLYGRAF – 41 is ideal for use in high temperature applications including oven conveyor bearings, kiln car bearings, ball and socket connections of power insulators, molten salt evacuation pumps, boiler systems, steam turbine governor linkages etc.

(CHEMICALLY INERT HIGH TEMPERATURE FLUORINATED GREASE)
- MOLYGRAF – ULTRAFLUOR 227 is fully fluorinated grease based on perfluorinated polyether fluid thickened with PTFE.
- It has excellent thermal and oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 260 0C.
- MOLYGRAF – ULTRAFLUOR 227 is non-flammable, has unmatched solvent and chemical resistance, excellent electrical and radiation resistance and is compatible with nearly all plastics and elastomers.
- It is suitable for high temperature applications such as calendar and fan bearings, chain bearings in film stretching stenters, corrugated roll bearings in corrugators, hot air dryer motor axles, conveyors, kiln cart wheel bearings, cardboard manufacturing equipment etc.; lubrication of equipment used in high vacuum applications’ cryogenic apparatus and pneumatic systems; lubrication of valves and fittings requiring solvent and chemical resistance and many other extreme service applications.
