MOLYGRAF – 1000

(COPPER AND GRAPHITE BASED HIGH TEMPERATURE ANTISEIZE PASTE)

  •  MOLYGRAF – 1000 is a universal assembly paste for high temperature anti-seize use on all type of threads.
  •  It is formulated with finely divided selective metal powders along with proprietary additives in a special carrier.
  •  Imparts a high load withstand able tenacious film which prevents rusting and fretting corrosion.
  •  Ensures trouble free and non-destructive disassembly of threaded parts exposed to high temperatures after long service period with maintenance, downtime and repair work minimized.
  •  Suitable for any bolts, threads, joints etc. subjected to high temperatures where seizure is to be prevented.
  •  It can be used at temperatures up to 1100 oC.

MOLYGRAF – GP

(MoS2 RAPID ASSEMBLY PASTE)

  •  MOLYGRAF – GP is an anti-seize compound based on high molybdenum disulfide content in a highly refined mineral oil carrier.
  •  It has excellent load carrying capacity and a low coefficient of friction even under harsh conditions.
  •  The solid lubricants help prevent fretting corrosion, galling and seizure under heavy loads and lubricate even when the oil carrier is squeezed out of the connection.
  •  It is ideal for use as an assembly paste for fittings, thread connections and slow moving sliding parts that are subjected to high loads, as running-in lubricant for new machines and gears, permanent lubrication of parts that are subjected to slight or intermittent movement.
  •  It can be used at temperatures up to 450 oC.

MOLYGRAF – TC 55

(COPPER BASED HIGH TEMPERATURE ANTISEIZE PASTE)

  •  MOLYGRAF – TC 55 is high temperature anti-seize thread lubricant based on high purity copper and other solid lubricants homogenized into a complex grease base. It forms a tenacious and adhesive film on the metal surface.
  •  Its high copper content prevents metal to metal contact preventing seizure, galling and heat freeze even under high temperatures and pressures. It is fortified with antioxidants and corrosion inhibitors.
  •  MOLYGRAF – TC 55 is ideal for use as high temperature anti-seize lubricant on nuts, bolts, studs, screws, slides, press fits, bushings, flanges and sliding surfaces on such metals as copper, brass, cast iron, steel, stainless steel and plastics. It can also be used for lubrication in kiln cars in ceramic and other similar applications.
  •  It can be used at temperatures up to 900 oC.

(GRAPHITE ANTISEIZE COMPOUND)

  •  MOLYGRAF – 35 is anti-seize compound based on high purity microfine graphite in highly refined mineral oil.guides and joints with very slow sliding movement etc.

(ZIRCONIUM OXIDE BASED EXTREMELY HIGH TEMPERATURE ANTISEIZE PASTE)

  •  MOLYGRAF – PG 37 is high temperature anti-seize solid lubricant paste.
  •  It is used for screws, nuts and bolts that are subjected to extremely high temperature and are made of heat resistant or extremely heat resistant steels.
  •  It enables non-destructive loosening of bolted joints even after long exposure to extreme temperatures.
  •  It can be used for bolted joints of gas and steam turbines in power stations.
  •  It can be used at temperatures up to 1400 oC.

MOLYGRAF – NS

(NICKEL BASED EXTREMELY HIGH TEMPERATURE ANTISEIZE PASTE)

  •  MOLYGRAF – NS is premium quality nickel based anti-seize compound for use in extreme temperatures and hostile environments.
  •  It contains pure metallic nickel dispersed in water resistant complex grease base and synthetic oil.
  •  It provides excellent protection against rusting and corrosion and water wash off and is resistant to acidic conditions.
  •  The carrier volatilizes upon exposure to high temperatures and deposits a metallic nickel plating on the applied threaded connections, preventing metal to metal contact and protecting against galling and seizure.
  •  It is free of copper, lead, molybdenum disulfide, phosphorous, silicones and halogens.
  •  It can be used to prevent seizure up to 1400 oC.

MOLYGRAF – MFP 2

(HIGH TEMPERATURE WHITE METAL FREE PASTE)

  •  MOLYGRAF – MFP 2 is semi-synthetic oil based high temperature adhesive metal free anti-seize paste.
  •  It offers excellent adhesion, good corrosion protection, good water resistance, and good anti-fretting properties.
  •  It is ideal for assembly of screws, pins, bolts, flanges, spindles and fits, surface separation of temperature stressed threaded connections, stainless steel connections, lubrication of highly stressed sliding surfaces, various parts in brake mechanisms.
  •  It is serviceable up to 200 oC as a lubricating paste and 1400 oC as an anti-seize separating compound.

MOLYGRAF - ZTL 50

(ZINC BASED TOOL JOINT AND DRILL COLLAR COMPOUND AS PER API 7A1)

  •  MOLYGRAF – ZTL 50 is high concentration paste of Zinc powder in highly refined mineral oil carrier for use as anti-seize thread compound in oil drill pipes and tool joint connections. It contains 50% zinc.
  •  It is formulated with prime grade metallic zinc, special soap, corrosion inhibitors and high-performance additives giving it excellent water resistance, excellent adhesion, excellent anti-galling and anti-seizing performance, and excellent rust and corrosion protection.
  •   The fine particle size of powder gives maximum coverage and it fills smallest cavities for optimum performance as anti-seize compound.
  •   It is ideal for use on tool joint threads, rotary shoulder connections, drill bits and drill collars.

  •  It is ideal for use as a thread compound for casing, tubing, line pipe, and drill stem elements.

MOLYGRAF – GCTCM 40

(COPPER, GRAPHITE AND SOLID LUBRICANTS BASED ANTI-SEIZE AND TOOL JOINT AND DRILL COLLAR COMPOUND)

  •  MOLYGRAF – GCTCM 40 is premium low friction anti-seize lubricant based on fine particle and high purity copper, graphite and other solid lubricants in a complex based grease.
  •   It is fortified with rust and corrosion inhibitors, antioxidants, anti-wear and extreme pressure additives and adhesion promoters to give it excellent performance.
  •  It forms a tenacious water-resistant film between metal to metal contacts, preventing welding, seizure and corrosion.
  •  It protects the metal parts from impact and shock loads and allows quick disassembly with minimum wrench torque.
  •  It can be used as a high temperature anti-seize up to 980 0C and as tool joint and drill collar compound up to 230 oC.

MOLYGRAF – CM/HT

(ROCK BREAKER CHISEL PASTE)

  •  MOLYGRAF - CM/HT is complex base grease fortified with Copper and graphite for use as chisel paste in hydraulic breakers.
  •  It is specially formulated to withstand vibrations and shock load conditions that the breakers must face during operation.
  •  A special blend of high temperature antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors, adhesion promoters and extreme pressure/anti-wear additives ensures that the lubricant is able to withstand any harsh environments.
  •  Copper and other solid lubricants enhance lubricant properties by increasing the strength of friction reducing film between the wear components.
  •  The solid lubricants lubricate the wear components even after the base oil evaporates.

MOLYGRAF – UP

(POLYALKYLENE GLYCOL BASED SOLID LUBRICATION PASTE)

  •  MOLYGRAF – UP is polyalkylene glycol based anti-seize paste formulated with solid lubricants such as molybdenum disulfide.
  •  It is ideal for assembling components and for permanent lubrication of components that are subjected to high temperatures.
  •  The carrier evaporates at higher temperatures with virtually no residue and the remaining solids provide lubrication by forming a dry, anti-friction film up to 450 0C in open atmosphere and even more in a protective gas atmosphere.
  •  It has excellent load carrying capacity and anti-wear properties and excellent resistance to water wash off.
  •  It is suitable for lubricating construction elements that contains materials that are not resistant to mineral oils.

(SILICONE OIL BASED SOLID LUBRICANTS PASTE)

  •  MOLYGRAF – M7P is solid lubricant paste with silicone oil carrier.
  •  It is ideal for lubrication points with low speed and low to moderate loads that are not resistant to mineral oils and subjected to water and extreme temperatures.
  •  It can be used on metal to metal contacts with frictional surfaces such as brake anchor plates and brake pistons of disc brakes to prevent seizing and fretting corrosion.
  •  It is compatible with many plastics and elastomers.
