MOLYGRAF – Z

  •  MOLYGRAF – Z is molybdenum disulfide powder.
  •  It reduces friction and wear in a wide temperature range and offers very high load carrying properties.
  •  It is chemically stable against most chemicals except halogenated gases and concentrated sulfuric and nitric acid.
  •  MOLYGRAF – Z is used as solid lubricant for lubricating metal surfaces in many difficult and extreme environments such as metal/metal pairings at extreme loads and slow speeds or metal/plastic pairings at low loads and low to medium speeds. It can also be incorporated in plastics, sealings, packages, sintered metals for improving lubrication properties.

  •  These powders are used in dry lubrication of bushes and bearing, as an additive for plastic and rubber as filler to improve the load carrying capabilities and reduce wear and tear and heat generation. Due to its high purity and fine particle size it reduces friction and improves effective lubrication.
