MOLYGRAF – OGC (BT)

(BITUMINOUS OPEN GEAR LUBRICANT)

  •  MOLYGRAF – OGC (BT) is highly adhesive bituminous extreme pressure lubricant used for open gears in heavy duty applications.
  •  It has high degree of adhesion to working surfaces, excellent load carrying capacity, and excellent water and corrosion resistance.
  •  It is ideal for lubricating heavily loaded open gears, including those operating at high temperatures, and large girth gears, heavy wire ropes, draglines etc.

(OPEN GEAR GREASE WITH HIGH PURITY GRAPHITE)

  •  MOLYGRAF – OGC (G) is heavy duty open gear grease formulated from a combination of high-quality paraffinic oils and synthetic oils and fortified with an advanced additive package and graphite as solid lubricant.
  •  It provides excellent load carrying capacity and anti-wear properties which minimize wear and tear in high pressure and shock loading conditions.
  •  It adheres well to metal surfaces under adverse conditions and provides a thick lubricating film to gear tooth flanks even under heavy loads.
  •  It has excellent resistance to water wash out and protects against rusting and corrosion.
  •  MOLYGRAF – OGC (G) is suitable for lubrication of heavily loaded open gears, draglines, excavators, cables and rope ways and other wide variety of mining and heavy duty industrial applications.
