 It provides excellent wear resistance and film forming capability under extreme pressure loading conditions.
 It possesses excellent thermal and oxidative stability allowing for continuous usage at high temperatures reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
 Excellent rusting and corrosion protection and low temperature pumpability.
 MOLYGRAF – LGRE 0 and 00 greases are suitable for centralized lubrication systems and lubrication of reduction gears and robotic gear heads.

(SYNTHETIC HIGH SPEED AND LOW TEMPERATURE GREASE)

 MOLYGRAF – HSG 20 PREMIUM is high speed grease consisting of combination of synthetic hydrocarbon and ester oil and lithium complex soap.
 It provides good wear and corrosion protection, good pressure absorption capacity, excellent oxidation and thermal stability and good water resistance.
 It is suitable for extremely high bearing speeds of 1,000,000 mm/min.
 MOLYGRAF – HSG 20 PREMIUM is suitable for high speed plain and rolling bearings, such as spindle bearings in machine tools and textile machines, metal to plastic and plastic to plastic sliding surfaces, bearings in cableways and precision engineering applications, low temperature applications, etc.

(SYNTHETIC LUBRICATING GREASE)

 MOLYGRAF – SHG 320 is superior performance grease formulated from wax free synthetic hydrocarbon base stocks and high-quality lithium complex thickener for wide variety of applications at high temperatures.
 The wax free nature of synthetic base fluids along with high viscosity indices provide excellent low temperature pumpability and excellent film formation even at higher temperatures.
 It is formulated with special additive combination to provide excellent thermal and oxidation stability, excellent rusting and corrosion protection, excellent water resistance and excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear properties.
 MOLYGRAF – SHG 320 is suitable for heavy duty automotive and industrial applications where high bearing loads and operating temperatures are encountered and where long grease retention is required.

MOLYGRAF – SHG 29

(SYNTHETIC LUBRICATING GREASE)

 MOLYGRAF – SHG 29 is versatile advanced grease composed of synthetic hydrocarbon oil and inorganic gel thickener for wide temperature operation.
 It has excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear characteristics, excellent oxidative and thermal stability and good rusting and corrosion protection.
 MOLYGRAF – SHG 29 is recommended for industrial grease lubrication applications wherever severe conditions are encountered such as high bearing loads, high speeds, wide operating temperature range and where long grease retention is required.
 It is designed to operate over temperature range of -54 ⁰C to + 200 ⁰C.

MOLYGRAF – SYNTEF 5

(SYNTHETIC GREASE WITH PTFE)

 MOLYGRAF – SYNTEF 5 is fully synthetic grease fortified with microfine PTFE for lubrication of plastic parts.
 PTFE micro-powder provides additional wear reduction and lower coefficient of friction.
 It has excellent thermal and oxidative stability and excellent corrosion protection.
 It is used for lubricating all types of plastic to plastic and plastic to metal contacts, and all types of bearings running at moderate speed over wide temperature range.

MOLYGRAF – ECG

(ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE GREASE)

 MOLYGRAF – ECG is silicone free electrically conductive grease based on synthetic oil, high purity microfine graphite and other electrically conductive fillers.
 It lubricates, reduces contact resistance, repels moisture, inhibits corrosion, and prevents static build up.
 It is used in battery terminals, ground connections, circuit breakers, switches, starters, contactors, relays, graphite heater furnaces, graphite electrode fittings, etc.

MOLYGRAF – HEATSINK S2

(SILICONE FREE SYNTHETIC HEAT CONDUCTIVE GREASE)

 MOLYGRAF – HEATSINK S2 is silicone free thermal paste with high thermal conductivity.
 It reduces thermal resistance between irregular metal surfaces and improves heat flow between heat sinks, LEDs, motors, and heat generating electronic components such as CPUs, GPUs, and power components.
 It is non-electrically conductive and has high dielectric strength and high oil-bleed resistance.
 It is serviceable from -70 ⁰C to 150 ⁰C.
