MOLYGRAF – EMG 2

(PREMIUM HEAVY DUTY MoS2 EARTH MOVING GREASE)

  •   • MOLYGRAF – EMG 2 is high performance grease based on lithium complex soap in highly refined mineral oil and fortified with molybdenum disulfide as solid lubricant.
  •   It offers 3 to 4 times life as compared to general purpose EP greases.
  •   It is formulated with high temperature antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors, extreme pressure/anti-wear additives and adhesion promoters to ensure that it can withstand extreme conditions as well as molybdenum disulfide which imparts shock load resistance to the grease.
  •  It is ideal for lubrication of slow and medium speed bearings in quarry and construction equipment that are subjected to shock load condition; bearings of jaw crushers, impact pulverizers, conveyors, pavers, rollers; pins and bushes of excavators, loaders, shovels etc.

MOLYGRAF – MS 3

(MULTIPURPOSE CALCIUM GREASE)

  •  MOLYGRAF – MS 3 is smooth textured mineral oil and calcium soap grease for industrial applications at moderate temperatures.
  •   It has good water resistance and food load carrying properties.
  •   It is suitable for lubrication of plain bearings working in presence of water, low or medium duty open gears, and wire ropes in general usage.

MOLYGRAF – TEF 555

(HIGH PERFORMANCE PTFE FORTIFIED COMPLEX GREASE)

  •   MOLYGRAF – TEF 555 is unique high-performance grease based on superior lithium complex soap fortified with microfine PTFE and synergistic blend of performance additives to provide lubrication over wide temperature range.
  •   PTFE micro powder provides lubrication up to 200 0C by forming micro layers on bearing surfaces and effectively reducing friction and wear.
  •   It has excellent mechanical and chemical stability, corrosion protection, thermal and oxidation stability, and resistance to water washout.
  •  It is used for lubricating all types of anti-friction and sealed for life bearings, blowers and high-speed electric motors, and lubrication of pantographs in railways.
  •   MOLYGRAF – TEF 555 is also available in non-melt version.

  •   It has excellent low temperature pumpability.
  •  MOLYGRAF – ALC is suitable for slow to moderate speed journal and roller bearings operating at elevated temperatures under high loads in wet environments, in continuous casters, cooling beds, roll transfer tables, furnace discharge tables in steel industries and other general purpose applications.
