MOLYGRAF-RB

Description / Characteristics

  • Multipurpose molybdenum disulphide grease
  •  Multipurpose Lithium grease fortified with Molybdenum disulphide and additives to offer long life lubrication, trouble free services and to prevent oxidation, corrosion and wear.
  •  Two to Three times longer life than ordinary Lithium base grease in heavy duty bearings in high speed, heavy and shock load condition.
  •  Proved to be cost saving by higher service life, less down time and has minimize wear and tear of costly equipments.

Typical Applications

  •  Bearings and bushes, rack and pinion, linkages, slides, universal ball joints, wheel bearings, screws and spindles, lubricating points requiring extended service life.

MOLYGRAF-RB2+

Description / Characteristics

  • Complex type molybdenum disulphide grease
  •  Complex grease fortified with Molybdenum disulfide and high dosages of antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors and E.P agents.
  •  Better water resistance.
  •  Drop point > 230º C.

Typical Applications

  •  Bearings in heavy-duty applications, high H.P motors,Pulvarizers, Crushers, Rollers, Fibrizers, Centrifuge, MG. roll etc.

Description / Characteristics

  • Semi synthetic non melt molybdenum disulphide grease
  •  Non-melt high temperature semi synthetic oil base grease fortified with Molybdenum disulfide and additives.
  •  low carbon residue and lower oxidation rate compared to mineral oil base greases.
  •  Does not form gummy mass and has higher service life. Higher viscosity index offers better lubrication properties.

Typical Applications

  •  Bearings in foundry, kiln, ceramic, stenter, dryer, paint booth, calendar, furnace etc., I.D. fan bearings, conveyor bearings and blower fan bearings.

MOLYGRAF-FB300

Description / Characteristics

  • Synthetic non melt Molybdenum disulphide base grease
  •  Synthetic oil base high temperature non-melt grease fortified with solid lubricants and additives
  •  Does not form sticky-gummy residue as very low oxidation of synthetic carrier.
  •  The re-lubrication period can be extended than Molygraf-FB-180.

Description / Characteristics

  • Complex grease with High Solid Lubricant
  •  High-grade mineral oil and complex base grease containing 10% Molybdenum disulfide and other solid lubricant.
  •  Higher percentage of solid lubricants gives high E.P. properties and can be used for heavily loaded slow speed bearings. Extended re-lubrication period and less wear and tear.

Typical Applications

  •  As antiseize thread compound for bolts, nuts, studs, valves etc in fertilizers, sugar, refineries, power plants, chemical plants and steam lines, cap screw, thread connections, gaskets, metal rings, thread connection in high temperature and in steam lines.

Description / Characteristics
