MOLYGRAF – SS/TD
(STAINLESS STEEL TUBE DRAWING OIL)
- MOLYGRAF – SS/TD is a specially formulated high-performance lubricant for heavy duty cold deep drawing of stainless steel and other tough alloys where exceptional extreme pressure performance is required.
- It contains chlorinated extreme pressure additives and fatty additives to provide exceptional lubricity and extreme pressure performance during the most severe conditions.
- It is easy to apply, provides good internal and external finish and reduces friction and wear on mandrel and dies.
- It does not require any heating or pre-treatment before processing or application and is easy to clean afterwards.
- No oxalate or soap processes are required for drawing operation.
MOLYGRAF – P 181
(HIGH PERFORMANCE NEAT FORMING OIL)
- MOLYGRAF – P 181 is viscous chlorinated heavy-duty neat oil for use in heavy duty deep drawing and cold pilgering operations. It consists of high-performance extreme pressure and lubricity additives in a highly refined mineral oil carrier.
- Very high load carrying capacity and wear resistance due to formation of thick tenacious lubricating film allowing for an extended tool and die life while reducing down time.
- Possesses high temperature and pressure resistance.
- It is ideal for heavy duty deep drawing applications of stainless steel, medium to heavy gauge steel, aluminum and aluminum alloys, for cold pilgering of stainless steel and alloy steel tubes.
MOLYGRAF – TD 818 (WS)
(WATER WASHABLE TUBE DRAWING AND SHRINKING LUBRICANT)
- MOLYGRAF – TD 818 (WS) is water washable oil for use as mandrel lubricant in stainless steel tube drawing and tube shrinking.
- Its excellent lubrication coupled with high extreme pressure and film forming properties.
- The high extreme pressure properties and excellent film forming and lubrication helps in easy operation without jerking or score marks.
- It is easily cold water washable after operation which helps in minimizing the problems particularly associated with cleaning inside of the tube walls.
MOLYGRAF – CU/TD
(COPPER TUBE DRAWING OIL)
- MOLYGRAF – CU/TD is a specially formulated oil based on hydro treated base stocks for drawing of copper and brass wires and tubes.
- It possesses exceptional lubricity and adhesion and has a low evaporation rate and misting tendencies.
- Contains polar additives to provide high load carrying capabilities and special inhibitors to prevent tarnishing of copper and brass.
- Provides good surface finish.
- Free from sulfur, chlorine, phosphorous and heavy metals.
- Leaves no residues during annealing process.
MOLYGRAF – GLPF
(GRAPHITELESS SYNTHETIC HOT FORGING LUBRICANT)
- MOLYGRAF – GLPF is a state of art water dilutable forging compound for hot die forging application developed as an alternative to products containing graphite. On application, it forms a high temperature resistant coating in forging die that prevents metal sticking by excellent film forming.
- It is formulated with lubricity additives, release agents and high temperature wetting agents to improve die life at high temperatures and provide improved finish to components.
- It has excellent de-molding properties and good die and component corrosion protection.
- Its graphite free formulation helps keep a clean working environment.
- MOLYGRAF – GLPF is suitable for drop hammers, upsetters and mechanical presses. It is used for light to heavy duty hot forging of carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel.

(GRAPHITE BASED AQUEOUS HOT FORGING LUBRICANT)
- MOLYGRAF – GW 40 is stable dispersion of high purity ultrafine graphite in water for hot and warm forging operations, piercing and extrusion operations and closed die forging of ferrous alloys, aluminum and copper alloys.
- It evenly spreads on metal surface to provide high coverage and facilitates easy release of processed metal from die surface while extending the die life.

(COLLOIDAL DISPERSION OF GRAPHITE IN OIL)
- MOLYGRAF – GO is stable dispersion of high purity ultrafine graphite in oil.
- The fine particle size offers more coverage and reduces wear thereby increasing die life.
- Reduces working loads and provides excellent surface finish.
- MOLYGRAF – GO is used as mold release agent in pressure die casting of aluminum and zinc and as a plunger and core lubricant, as parting agent in hammer forgings and close die forgings, and as a high temperature lubricant for chains operating in hot zones of kilns, bakeries, annealing furnaces etc.
