MOLYGRAF – S7

(SOFT CONSISTENCY SILICONE GERASE)

  •  MOLYGRAF – S7 is soft consistency non-drip silicone compound based on silicone oil and inorganic thickener.
  •  It is used for lubrication of plastic and rubber parts, O-rings, rubber seals, gaskets, hot and cold water valves, pneumatic equipment etc. and as mold release agent for plastic and rubber parts.

MOLYGRAF – M4

(PREMIUM MULTIPURPOSE SILICONE GREASE)

  •  MOLYGRAF – M4 is medium consistency non-drip silicone compound based on silicone oil and inorganic thickener.
  •  It has excellent water resistance, excellent dielectric properties, excellent elastomer compatibility, and thermal and oxidative stability.
  •  It is used for lubrication of O-rings, rubber seals, gaskets, plastic to plastic and plastic to rubber contacts, hot and cold water valves, as waterproofing and dielectric agent in switches, batteries, cable connections, spark plugs and other electrical assemblies.

MOLYGRAF – HV 50

(HIGH VACUUM SIICONE GREASE)

  •  MOLYGRAF – HV 50 is high-viscosity stiff non melting silicone grease designed for use as a sealant in high vacuum applications.
  •  It has good lubricating and sealing ability, low volatility, excellent resistance to water, chemicals and high and low temperatures.
  •  It has excellent dielectric properties and low power loss factor.
  •  MOLYGRAF – HV 50 is used for sealing vacuum and pressure systems and lubricating O-rings, plug valves, control valves, flow meter bearings, ceramic plug cocks, fire extinguisher valves, water treatment equipment, synthetic rubber gaskets and seals in high temperature applications.

MOLYGRAF – HVTF 2

(SILICONE GREASE WITH MICROFINE PTFE)

  •  MOLYGRAF – HVTF 2 is specially formulated non-curing silicone compound fortified with PTFE for long term lubrication in variety of applications.
  •  PTFE micro-powder reduces friction and provides excellent wear protection
  •  It has low volatility, excellent water resistance, excellent dielectric strength, excellent sound damping properties, and maintains its grease like consistency over wide temperature range.
  •  MOLYGRAF – HVTF 2 is suitable for lubrication of plastic to plastic and plastic to metal contacts, brake calipers in automobiles, cold and hot water valves, O rings, bushings and sleeves, control cables, plastic parts and gears, rubber parts, treadmills and exercise equipment, locks etc.

MOLYGRAF – SOFTY COMPOUND

(NON-TOXIC SILICONE GREASE)

  •   MOLYGRAF – SOFTY COMPOUND is a special compound developed as per requirement of softy machine manufacturer with selective non-toxic grade base oil and thickeners.
  •   It is used for lubrication of bitter shafts, pump pistons, dispensers, O-rings, cold and hot water valves, and plastic and rubber assemblies.

MOLYGRAF – VC

(SILICONE VALVE COMPOUND)

  •  MOLYGRAF – VC is a special compound developed as per requirement of valve manufacturers with selective base oils and thickeners.
  •  It is an excellent parting agent for single piece plastic valve molding.
  •  It extends valve life by preventing mineral deposits while in operation and provides long lasting lubrication for O-rings and prevents any leakages.

MOLYGRAF – 33

(LOW TEMPERATURE BEARING GREASE)

  •  MOLYGRAF – 33 is silicone oil lithium soap thickened grease for lubrication of bearings running at low temperatures, and plastic and rubber parts.
  •  It has low evaporation, high thermal and oxidation resistance, good water resistance and good plastic and elastomer compatibility.
  •  MOLYGRAF – 33 is used for lubrication of freezer cart casters and cold room conveyor equipment, electric clock motors and instruments, plastic gears and bushes, metal to plastic contacts, plastic to plastic contacts, metal to rubber contacts, etc.

MOLYGRAF – 41

(EXTREMELY HIGH TEMPERATURE BEARING GREASE)

  •  MOLYGRAF – 41 is silicone oil based carbon black thickened grease for lubrication of bearings running at very high temperatures.
  •  It has superior high temperature stability and oxidation resistance and does not melt even at high temperatures.
  •  It offers good corrosion protection and water resistance.
  •  MOLYGRAF – 41 is ideal for use in high temperature applications including oven conveyor bearings, kiln car bearings, ball and socket connections of power insulators, molten salt evacuation pumps, boiler systems, steam turbine governor linkages etc.

MOLYGRAF – 44

(HIGH TEMPERATURE BEARING GREASE)

  •  MOLYGRAF – 44 is silicone oil lithium soap based grease for bearings running in wide temperature range.
  •   It has low evaporation, high thermal and oxidation resistance, good water resistance and good elastomer compatibility.
  •  MOLYGRAF – 44 is used for ball and roller bearings operating at both high and low temperatures in oven fans, driers, conveyors, clutch release bearings, plastic components, stenter and calendar machines in textiles etc.

(SILICONE BASED WATER TANK MOULD RELEASE COMPOUND)

  •  MOLYGRAF – WTMC is translucent, Vaseline-like, relatively stiff paste consisting of silicone oil and inorganic thickener.
  •  It is used for demolding applications in water tank manufacturing industry.

MOLYGRAF – HEAT SINK

(THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE SILICONE COMPOUND)

  •  MOLYGRAF – HEAT SINK is white non-curing and non-flowing silicone based thermally conductive compound.
  •  It has high thermal conductivity, low oil bleed and high temperature stability.
  •  MOLYGRAF – HEAT SINK is suitable for thermal coupling of electrical/electronic devices to heat sinks.
  •  It is designed to maintain a positive heat sink seal to improve heat transfer from electrical/electronic devices to the heat sink or chassis, thereby increasing the overall efficiency of the device.
  •  MOLYGRAF – HEAT SINK is available in NLGI 000, 00, 0, 1, and 2 consistencies.

MOLYGRAF – SF SERIES

(SILICONE FLUIDS)

  •  MOLYGRAF - SF SERIES are polydimethyl silicone fluids.
  •  They are chemically inert and possess excellent thermal and oxidation stability, good dielectric properties, high compressibility, low surface tension, good resistance to weather and ageing, resistance to fungal growth, low freezing point, and excellent non-stick and water-repellency properties.
  •  They can be used for a variety of applications such as parting or mold release agents, dielectric fluids, anti-foaming agents, heat transfer fluids, lubricants for plastic and rubber bearings, damping fluids for relays, water repellent film for textiles etc.
  •  Available in viscosities ranging from 20 cSt to 3,00,000 cSt.
